NARBC show in Tinley Park, IL

Mark Bell had an incredible display. He had a 3x3 display setup with some VERY unique animals. This one is of the famed Butter Ball.

This is another of Mark's display. This pictures shows a caramel albino, a very funky super pastel, and a ghost.

One of the shows best in my opinion was Mark's adult genetic stripe ball python. Absolutely amazing.

Not nearly as impressive as some of his others, but this was Mark's yellow-belly pastel.

This was a hatchling pastel ghost that Mark has for sale. Too bad I was just about $24,000 short or I could have bought it :)

Although it's hard to say what my absolute favorite animal was at the show, this is definitley in the running. This was Mark's adult pastel ghost. Phenomenal barely describes this snake!

This super pastel has 'the funk' going on. I've seen several but none that look quite like this.

BHB had a great setup as well and had some real treasures at the back of their display. As usual, Brian and his assistant were absolutely great and had no problems opening up lids so we could get pictures and letting us hold some prestigious snakes. This picture here is of two spiders and two baby cinammon pastels. This was my first time seeing Brian's line of cinammons and they are incredible.

Another picture of the same thing above...

Undoubtedly one of my favorite single cases as the show. Here is one of BHB's pinstripes, along with the two (and only two) lemon blasts, and THE spinner ball. If you look closely, you can see one of my drool spots on the bottom right :)

A real treat was to be able to talk to Bob Clark. He's an amazing guy and treats everybody with respect and kindess. He had these genetic stripe babies on his table hatching during the show!!! How cool! These are from the original imported genetic stripe male.

A cool trio. From L to R is Kevin from NERD, Tracy Barker from VPI, and Kara from NERD. Good thing Kara makes up for Kevin's looks HAHAHA! NERD was really cool about everything except still not giving away the ingredients to the coral glow :) I saw them hand a bumblebee to an 8-year old to hold. How cool is that??

Mark O'Shea was the special gues there and spent all day Saturday signing autographs. A true genuine nice guy and one heck of a herpotologist.

The sign should read "25 cent peep shows". These monitors decided to go at it while we were in the area :)

This was an adult albino blood python at NERD's table. VERY cool.

Well, I was talking about my three favorites. This was another one of them. This is NERD's coral glow, one of their only projects that they're not audible about. It's almost a fact that one of it's parents is the Whitesmoke but nobody is for sure what the other half is. Could be caramel albino, could be normal albino, could be lavendar albino...one thing is for certain, this snake is AWESOME!

This is NERD's desert ghost. Pictures don't do this guy justice, he was absolutley original.

Talk about a dream, this was one of NERD's displays with bumblebees and killer bees.

This was an albino paradox retic that Prehistoric Pets had at the show. It was almost blinding underneath the blacklight. Unfortunately my camera doesn't do it justice.

Another VERY cool snake to see was Brian Sharp's black ball python (would have called it chocolate myself but that's an advantage in making something, you get to name it HAHAHA).

This was a very nice grouping of snakes at Brian's table. Included is a clown, pied, albino, caramel albino, and a spider.

This was Tracy Barker signing Travis's Ball Pythons of the World Vol. 1 book. She was GREAT to talk to, like talking to somebody you've known for years.

The 3rd of my favorites from the show was this ivory blood that Tracy brought with her. Words can't even describe it!

Lastly were these striped bloods also from VPI. A very different mutation when compared to a normal blood.
