Rosy boas are relatively new to me. One of my good friends in college had one and it was very cool, but I wasn't big into snakes until a few years afterward. When I looked to expand my breeding, this is where I turned to. I've got my first in '01 and have grown the collection quite a bit since then. The clean stripe of the San Felipe is very pretty and kind of drew me into them.
Rosy boas are very managable snakes. They appear intimidating from their long and sleak structure, but they are very timid. They have small litters of babies, typically between 4-8. We expect to produce about 12 babies in '04.

SFRB-F-2
This girl was a late acquisition for us last year and she just missed breeding
season. She's incredible. She's non-stop eater and very docile. Just one of
those deals you 'stumble across'. She bred SFRB-M-1 this year and have 7 beautiful
offspring. Check the Available page to see if
any are left.

SFRB-F-3
This was a late addition for us in '04. One of our good friends/customers
found her and knew that I could use another female. She's eating very well
and I don't think there will be a problem with her breeding this year but
she has a bit to go to catch up with the weight that my other girls have put
on.

SFRB-M-1
This is our lone San Felipe male. He was part of the purchase we made with
SFRB-F-1 as part of a proven breeder group. He fathered the litter above but
didn't have much interest in breeding SFRB-F-2 last year but it was about
a month after breeding season. He should be ready to go for us again this
season and he'll be breeding both of the girls above.
