The spider morph is a dominant gene. The visible changes vary from snake-to-snake, but generally the spider gene produces a brighter yellow color with thin black between them (resembling a cobweb), a faded spot on the head, and a white belly with white coming up the sides. We originally didn't care for the spiders but they are quickly growing on us, the combination morphs that have evolved with them are incredible. Unlike pastels, spiders are only dominant. When bred with another spider, they only produce more spiders.

PBP-M-3
This is our spider male ball python. He's just an '05 so we'll really have some work to do (and luck on top of that) to get him to go in '06 season. He'll definitely be ready to go by '07 though. We got him from Outback Reptiles.

To see the girls that will be going with the spider above, please check out the Normal Females section of our projects.
