Well, it's that time again...time to 'trim the fat' as I call it. Rack space is getting tight and time is getting tighter. Some of these are live rat feeders which I dislike, and others are picky/stubborn eaters. I can only feed one night a week. If I can only get a female to eat one large mouse or small rat a week for me, that's a problem. It's not a problem if you can feed 2-3 times a week. I also despise live rat eaters. I feed quite a few live mice but I just can't stand feeding live rats so a lot of these are great snakes that just eat live rats.

We take a lot of pride in our animals and document everything to the fullest. All information below is accurate and each will come with a photo ID/care card.

We will entertain offers but for the most part, these are set prices. These aren't junk animals. These are clean animals that have been (or are being raised to be) breeding stock. Shipping will be done via FedEx Priority Overnight or Delta Dash and is not included in the listing price. Please e-mail with any questions and thanks for looking.

Sand Boas

ISB-F-1 & ISB-M-2 Proven Indian Sand Boa Pair Price: $400
Weights: 700g/295g Eats: Live or P/K mice
Meals and sheds documented since '05

Their story : These are the last of my Indians. I had 2.3 a few years ago and cut it back to 1.2 and now 1.1. I love the babies and when I find somebody who wants them, it's ecstatic for both of us. For the most part the babies are a hard sell. These are also nuts. Johnii the calmest sand boas? Please...they're not mean, they don't bite, they just thrash and she will literally lunge out of her tub (once it's opened) once very few weeks...mouth closed and all but it's still weird :) With baby Indians getting between $150 and $200, this price is very fair. Picture on right is the mother birthing last year. She had 3 babie last year that were all 40g+...yes, that's the size of a like a yearling Kenyan :)

N-F-10 Female Kenyan Sand Boa ON HOLD
Weight: 540g Eats: Live or P/K medium mice
Meals and sheds documented since early '06

Her story: I only have 5 normal females in my breeding stock but this one just doesn't fit. As healthy as 540g is, it's still light compared to most of my breeders. This girl also likes to spill her water bowl constantly and she's an on/off eater. Right now she's very much on.

06-HAKSB-F10 '06 Het Anery Kenyan Female ON HOLD
Weight: 115g Eats: Live or P/K fuzzies/hoppers
Meals and sheds documented since birth in '06

Her story: It was actually just last week when I realized I held back both a het anery girl AND an anery girl from last year and I really only needed one. The anery litter was late last year and I had the girl picked out long before. I need the space of she goes. Good bloodline.

Rosy Boas/Hognose

MRB-M-1 '06 Mexican Rosy Boa Male Price: $120
Weight: 80g Eats: Live or P/K hoppers
Meals and sheds documented since he was a baby in '06

His story: This guy was purchased for the sole intention of being a breeder. However, we've now accumulated another 2.2 Mexican males, one of which is a proven adult and the other of which has more white than this one. That said, this guy has to find a new home. He's been handled quite a bit because I take him to shows and presentations. Great eater as well. I don't generally say that 18-month-old snakes can breed but this one should be ready this spring.

Ball Pythons
No, contrary to rumor, I'm not abandoning ball pythons...but I am scaling back quite a bit. I have just an ungodly amount of them, a good portion being normals. I also have 8 '05 girls and 4 '06 girls I've been raising for breeders and it's just gotten out of hand. With the price of dominants/co-dominants dropping there's no reason for me to have 50 normal girls...plus it's a LOT to take care of and house. I'm hoping to be able to sell 10 balls to cut back at least one rack of them. We'll still be breeding them in '07 and will be holding our axanthic, ghosts, bumblebee, super pastel, and pied projects back.

PBP-M-6 Proven Pastel Ball Python Male $400
Weight: 1250g Eats: Anything P/K or live
Meals and sheds documented since '05

His story: I had two pastels that failed me in '06 so I bought this male from Anthony McCain in a panic. It was the snake that started it all for him. If you go to his site (www.mccainreptiles.com..never updated), and click on Pastels, that's the snake. The $500 price tag is a FAR cry from the $2000+ I paid 18 months ago...blah.
Anyways, short story long, he bred like a machine and produced several litters for us and did more of the same this year. Hate to let him go but I'm keeping male #3. He's not quite as pretty but I've had him since he was just a baby.

BP-F-33 Proven Female Ball Python $250
Weight: 2620g Eats: Live medium rats
Meals and sheds documented since '04

Her story: This was my friend's Steve's favorite snake (RIP Steve) and I hate to sell her but she's refusing to take F/T rats anymore and she's a pretty 'frisky' snake, she likes to move and move quick. She has never bit me in my 3 years of care for her and she's proven out on at least one occasion. She'll take 2 mediums a week almost all the time. She's a big girl.

BP-F-46 Proven Female Ball Python ON HOLD
Weight: 2250g Eats: Eats live medium rats
Meals and sheds documented since early '06

Her story: This is a pretty ball python. Unfortunately she's taken to eating only live and having a bit of an attitude. I may not have the nicest snakes, but attitude like this in a big snake is usually a no-no...I have my two sons helping me out and this doesn't help. She'll take 2 medium rats at a sitting if you let her.

BP-F-39 Proven Female Ball Python $200
Weight: 1378g Eats: Eats small or medium live rats
Meals and sheds documented since 9/05

Her story: Exactly the same as BP-F-40 but just a bit lighter weight. Great eater, average looks, did prove out with my spider this year. She's just taken to live rats only and she's also developed a bit of an attitude. It's not very often but when she does, she'll let you know it. She usually only takes one medium rat at a time.

BP-F-45 2005 Female Ball Python Price: $120
Weight: 922g Eats: Eats live large mice
Meals and sheds documented since '06

Her story: This is another very pretty girl. I picked her up for $120 from Midwest Reptiles last year so I'm not exactly profiting from her. She's a finicky eater, she'll usually only take live and usually mice. She'll go several weeks eating then go several weeks off. Might be a great snake for somebody with a bit more time to work with her. She's VERY pretty, that's for sure.

05-BP-F03 2005 Female Ball Python Price: $60
Weight: 752g Eats: Eats live large mice
Meals and sheds documented since birth in '05

Her story: Weight tells the story here. Not a bad looking snake just a horrible eater. She'll eat 2 weeks in a row then go 3 without eating. Her age group is around 1000g, she's 3/4 of that. She's not skinny but not big either. She's price accordingly.
